Seagate Waterfront Pricing
Seagate is a small waterfront community of just 4 streets of single family canal homes in Naples, at the end of Seagate Dr., next to Clam Pass Park. It accesses the Gulf of Mexico via Clam Pass. Please note though: this is very shallow water and is not suitable for boaters. I include mention of it here on my site though, so that prospective Buyers who come across it are informed of it’s characteristics. After all, looking at overhead maps it is rather deceiving. And Real Estate listings in here will certainly be check marked as having Gulf access, but you’ll want to take note of this important information.

It is an excellent location and offers great homes, just know that it’s suited to canoes, kayaks and paddleboards- but not really for boating. With that said, you will see occasional jet skis behind some homes though. Note that Clam pass is not really maintained for navigation- therefore once again, that’s fine for kayaks, etc but not for powerboats. The community does have a beachfront park (optional) so if you desire a combination of quality neighborhood, beach accommodations and tranquil waterways it could be a match, but it’s not for those purchasing based on the boating. Homes from around $1 million.
