North Fort Myers Waterfront Pricing

Affordable Gulf access.  This is getting quite a ways up the river, so therefore a longer boating run to the beaches.  Then again, not all boating is about being in the actual Gulf, so it’s a very valid consideration for those looking to spend less. 

Most (but not all) North Fort Myers homes tend to be a bit older (ex: 1960’s/1970’s construction) though there are a few hidden later model communities (examples: Marsh Pointe section of Riverbend, Palm Island). Older Gulf access homes or those needing their share of updating can be found starting under $350,000 and offer quick river access.  A good example is the Waterway Estates community. More updated and/or a bit newer options in the $400s+. Ex: Yacht Club Colony is a consideration, with good canal depth… though it is further up river.

Some decent condo options can be found starting under $200k (ex: Indian Creek in Riverbend Golf & Country Club). And a few riverfront high rise buildings (those located on ‘North Key Dr’ and the nearby ‘Hancock Bridge Pkwy’ with impressive views from the low $200s+, with a marina on the opposite side of the street with slips for lease.

North Star Yacht Club is a particularly nice condo development, from the $300s.
