Naples most affordable Gulf access homes are located off of the Gordon River, to the North of U.S. 41. Do keep in mind this area is behind a bridge, so there’s no sailboat access here, but for many powerboats, that’s perfectly okay. Bridge clearance into Naples Bay is approximately 10.5 feet.

The occasional 1960s vintage home can be found for $400k+ here. Newer and nicer homes from about $700k+. Do keep proximity to the airport and runways in mind though, as noise can be an issue in select locations!

There aren’t many condo complexes in this area with one notable exception: The picturesque ‘Bayfront’ development which is a very nice, multi-use complex with condos, restaurants, shops and boat slips. Prices generally from about $600k+
