This site is designed for the type of buyer who likes to do some of their own research & browsing, but who want ready access to someone very familiar with the best deals in the marketplace, once they are ready to buy.

I do not operate like most conventional Realtors: I do not make ‘sales calls.’  Out of the many leads I receive, I typically work with a handful of clients at a time. They are the ones who get the best deals and the most attentive service.  Doing things in this different fashion means my serious clients benefit, and I spend my time working effectively with the best buyers.
